Refund & Replacement Policies
Customer satisfaction is important to us. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order so that we can make arrangements to send a label for the return so we can inspect the damage and avoid future disappointment.
We do accept Returns or Exchanges if you should change your mind and if it is in its original condition, but please accept the responsibility of paying the return shipping cost and contact us within 14 days of receipt for instructions of return.
Note: We will not be held liable for lost packages due to the incorrect address being entered. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

How do I track my package?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 10 business days. More often than not it is a lot sooner.
